The first mark must be X and the second is O. Players win by placing three of their marks in either a horizontal, vertical or diagonal row. If neither player can place three in a row, the program declares a cat game. This Windows version of the Tic Tac Toe board game should be easy-to-play considering users can download it for free. However, the game relies on the steadily declining Adobe Flash Player. Another downside to this program is that its developer seems to have abandoned the project, and has put the domain up for sale.
